What are your typical lead times?

Lead time depends on quantity, spec and current schedule – our standard turnaround is 3-5 working days on shorter runs and 5-7 working days on longer more complex work.

When is a despatch date confirmed?

Once your order and artwork are signed off, we confirm the despatch date by email – and we adhere to it.

What do you need from us to hit the date?

Once your order is confirmed, we just need payment and proof approval. The faster artwork is approved, the faster we can lock the despatch date.

Can you deliver direct to our customer?

Yes – we can despatch direct. We ship everythign plain-label with no mention of ourselves on any documentation. 

Do you offer split deliveries or multiple drops?

Yes – if you need stock split across sites, we can schedule it. Just confirm quantities and addresses up front. We’ll confirm any additional costs and provide tracking for each delivery. 

What delivery services do you use?

We use reliable parcel and pallet courier services suited to the job size and deadline.

What happens if a delivery is delayed or damaged in transit?

We’ll act fast and keep you updated, raise it with the courier, and agree the quickest solution to protect your deadline.

How do you package NCR to prevent damage?

Jobs are sorted and packed in sequence, securely taped in double wall boxes, and labelled clearly for easy goods-in.

Do you confirm progress during production?

Yes – if you need updates, we’ll keep you informed as the job moves through production and QC.

Can you hold or reserve a production slot?

We can pencil a slot in, but it’s only locked once the artwork is approved and the order is confirmed.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes. Ahead of despatch we’ll contact you to confirm any UKIMS and/or EORI reference numbers required, plus any paperwork or shipment notes that need to travel with the goods, so it clears smoothly.

Do you deliver to Highlands and Islands?

Yes. You can select the delivery region at quote stage, or just tell us where it’s going and we’ll include the correct delivery service, lead time, and carriage costs in the quote.
